The following death notice was published in the Chicago Sun-Times on 1 August 2009:
"Conley, Julia A. age 40 late of Dyer, IN and formerly of the East Side, beloved mother of Ellen and Jenna, loving daughter of James and the late Joan Conley, dear sister of Cynthia (Michael) Carden, Victoria (Rick) Sisk, John (LeeAnn) Conley and James (Gina) Conley, longtime companion of Bob Palacz, also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Memorial Visitation Sunday, August 2, 2009 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago, IL 60617. Memorial Mass Monday, August 3, 2009. Friends and family are invited to meet with the family DIRECTLY at the Church of the Annunciata, 11130 Ave. G Chicago, IL 60617 from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:00 a.m. Cemetery private."
