      According to the research of Agnes M. Simon Riesett, there was a fourth child from this marriage, a boy who was stillborn in 1892. No record of this child has been found in documentary records of Holy Cross Church (the burial registers of which recorded other stillbirths among parishioners).

      DEATH: Full date of 26 April 1892 given for Pauline Simon, daughter of Bernhard and Elizabeth Simon, in the Register of Interments for Holy Cross RC Church, Baltimore, Maryland. On microfilm in the Maryland State Archives, Maryland Hall of Records, Annapolis. Microfilm no. MdHR M-1918. Cause of death was scarlet fever.

      BURIAL:
      Buried in St. Alphonsus Cemetery, according to Register of Interments. No lot given.
      Actually buried, however, in Holy Cross Cemetery, Section C, Lot 232, with parents. Index card for site in the Cemetery office shows that she was buried there on 27 May 1891. Age listed as 4 years.
