      LAND RECORDS:
      - Listed as the new tenant on land in Crilly's Hill Townland (Lots #6A, 6B, and 6C) previously leased by Catherine Dolan, as of 1862. Notation states that he built a new house on this land. Valuation Revision Books for County Tyrone, Electoral Division of Killeter, 1860-1863, page 6. Online at the Public Records Office of Northern Ireland at http://apps.proni.gov.uk/Val12B/Search.aspx, PRONI Reference VAL/12/B/35/14A.
      - Lease on lands in Lots# 6A, 6B, and 6C was transferred to Samuel Young in 1864. Cancelled sheet taken from Valuation Revision Book and found in PRONI Reference VAL/12/B/35/1A, image 230 of 272. It seems that Charles let go of these leases when he took over his father's leases, as described below.
      - Listed as the new tenant on land in Crilly's Hill Townland (Lots # 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, and 2E) previously leased by Patrick Dolan, with the change noted in the same ink as the original and undated, so likely 1864. This would be consistent with him taking over his father's land upon his father's death in 1864. Valuation Revision Books for County Tyrone, Electoral Division of Killeter, 1864-1879, page 4. Online at the Public Records Office of Northern Ireland at http://apps.proni.gov.uk/Val12B/Search.aspx, PRONI Reference VAL/12/B/35/14B.

Valuation Revision Books for County Tyrone, Electoral Division of Killeter, 1864-1879, pages 4-5.
