      "Bessie Pummery
      "EASTON: Bessie N. Pummery of Easton, formerly of Cambridge, died Sunday, Sept. 17, 2006, at Stella Maris Hospice, in Baltimore.
      "Prior to moving to Easton in 2000, she had resided in Cambridge for 23 years. She was a devoted member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Easton.
      "Bessie leaves to cherish her memory two loving daughters, Carole Bruzdzinski and her husband, Edward, and Naomi Adams and her son, Charles C. Adams Sr.; three grandsons, Gary Bruzdzinski, Charles C. Adams Jr. and Jeffrey Adams; three great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
      "She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years and her four siblings.
      "Bessie enjoyed doing needlework, playing bingo, playing cards, going out to eat with her son Chuck and being with family and friends.
      "Services were held Wednesday, Sept. 20 at the Bruzdzinski Funeral Home in Baltimore. Burial followed at Oak Lawn Cemetery. Pallbearers were her three grandsons, Gary, Chuck and Jeff, and her three nephews, Lawrence Thanner, James Thanner and Frederick Osterman.
      "Expressions of sympathy in Bessie's memory may be made to the charity of your choice."
