- Marguerite Athenais Girod identified as a child of this marriage in the will of Marie Françoise Virginie Girod (Will No. 130 for 1880), available from the Register General of Trinidad and Tobago, and a copy of which in the possession of Robert M. Simon. As she is sixth in the list of children in the will, it is assumed that she is the sixth child.
- Identified as a sibling of Alexander Girod (under the name Mrs. P. Pampellone), and thus a child of this marriage, in his obituary in the Mirror (Port of Spain), 8 July 1914, page 6.
- Athanaise Girod identified as the wife of Phillippe de Guyon de Geis de Pampellonne in an unsourced family tree on ancestry.com.
